Change Password for Karnataka HRMS Portal
To change your password for the Karnataka HRMS portal, please follow these steps:
- Visit the Karnataka HRMS portal login page: https://hrms.karnataka.gov.in/loginPage.htm
- Enter your User ID and current password to log in.
- Click on the “Change Password” button located on the top right corner of the page.
- Enter your current password again and then enter your new password in the “New Password” field.
- Re-enter your new password in the “Confirm New Password” field.
- Click on the “Change” button to save your new password.
Your password should now be updated, and you will need to use your new password to log in to the Karnataka HRMS portal in the future. Make sure to choose a strong, unique password that is difficult for others to guess and that you do not use for any other accounts.

Please note that the process to change your password for the Karnataka HRMS portal may have changed since my last response. Here is the updated process:
- Visit the Karnataka HRMS portal login page: https://hrms.karnataka.gov.in/loginPage.htm
- Enter your User ID and current password to log in.
- Once you have logged in, click on the “My Profile” tab on the top right corner of the page.
- Click on the “Change Password” button located under the “My Profile” section.
- Enter your current password in the “Current Password” field.
- Enter your new password in the “New Password” field.
- Re-enter your new password in the “Confirm New Password” field.
- Click on the “Save” button to save your new password.
Your password should now be updated, and you will need to use your new password to log in to the Karnataka HRMS portal in the future. Make sure to choose a strong, unique password that is difficult for others to guess and that you do not use for any other accounts.
Change Password for Karnataka HRMS Portal FAQ’s
Click Change Password:
Click on your Name. Under your Name, option is available to Change Password. Then Click on the link “Change Password”. This option is not available on Mobile application, this is available only on website version of the HRMS portal.
Forgot Password. Please enter your HRMS ID. After You press ‘Submit’ button, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
